Confusion please help

I just downloaded zip file for ROM 2.3
But when I checked its md5 sum it came out to be different than what is shown on site(size is same)
When I tried to open it with root explorer it opened fine
But when I tried to open it with es file explorer it showed error that
expected LOCSIC not found for alleged position for data of file no 285
I have a limited and very slow and erratic internet connection
Downloading of this file was paused and resumed many times
does this file got corrupted
Should I flash it or not
If it got corrupted  is there any alternative to downloading it all over again (it took ages to download it if there is any way please tell me)

You definitely should not flash this file, and no, there is no alternative to downloading it again but I would suggest that you do so from a more stable connection, or at the very least do not pause and re-start the download.
