Sorry mate!! I thought you missed my first post!! My apologies to the forum!!

Well I tired flashing the Indian baseband I5503DDJG4 on my european froyo rom I5500XFJPQ. But now the phone just keeps rebooting!! It shows the white SAMSUNG text (not the animation) and the GT-I5500 and reboots and then the cycle repeats (forever). I had to pull out the battery to shut it down!!

HELP!!

Well i guess the indian baseband for i5503 doesnt work with the european froyo rom for i5500!! I tried flashing I5500XWJP4 baseband and voila... the phone booted up successfully!!

u should try jp2 bb....coz its working just great for me. I have tried jpe, xwjp7 & they were having problem with bluetooth. So better try jp2.

Here many people from India heaving baseband problem I also have problem with cynogenmod if I use Indian baseband it stuck in boot loop.
and if I use asian baseband it also show errors in network search. dash black please do something to this issue. and waiting for your latest forgot 2.4 full

I live in Europe. But I use the *JP2  baseband, because the with JP3 I can't'use my BT normally. Is there any problem?

frend i think ......u should flash mad rom 2.3 then cwm & then cm7.1. Data wipe should be done after each flashing but not after cwm.
I did everything this way & everything is good. I checked by transfering files from fone to fone. Not tried on pc or lappy but on fon it works fine. Jpe & xwjp7 have bt problem.
